POOL & PATIO
Step into relaxation as you indulge in our private, salty water covered pool, maintained at a comfortable 31 C/89 F, complete with a divided shallow area for kids and a soothing jacuzzi. Total size 4m x 7m. 

Our poolside patio with a gas barbecue, sunbeds, and children's play equipment, offers ample space for outdoor enjoyment.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a fridge with freezer, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster oven, blender, kettle, and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table for 4-6 people to enjoy delicious meals prepared with ease.

SLEEP
6 can sleep in the house:
- Bedroom 1 - king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower (hot water!)
- Bedroom 1 – two single beds and ensuite bathroom with another rain shower (hot water!)
Both rooms are equipped with Smart TVs for entertainment and AC.
- Living room – sofa that can become a queen size sofa bed.
Luxury pima cotton sheets are available for all sleeping arrangements.

WORKING AREA
For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated working area with its own doors offers a quiet space overlooking the pool and house. It has a monitor and a keyboard.
Please note that our STARLINK internet service provides reliable connectivity for remote work and entertainment, though occasional service interruptions may occur. We also have a wired internet for additional reliability of your connection.

LAUNDRY
Laundry machine and drier are located in a separate room with its own entrance.

EXPLORE LA PUNTA
With 2 covered parking spots available, exploring the La Punta area couldn't be easier. Everything you need, from restaurants and bars to shops and pharmacies, is just a short 3-minute walk away. Despite its central location, our house is nestled on a calm street, ensuring a peaceful retreat throughout your stay.
While surfing is the main draw in Puerto Escondido, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy, from releasing baby sea turtles to bioluminescence boat rides and dolphin watching tours.

Additionally, while the pool and jacuzzi area can be secured by closing the patio entrance door, we remind guests that the safety of children is their responsibility.
To enhance your stay, additional daily cleaning service is available for a 25 USD fee/day(500 MXN). Complementary cleaning is provided for stays over 7 days.
